Whole place was immaculately clean with splendid views; brilliant location close to all amenities. Amazing beds, central heating, an iron and an electronic key card were a nice touch. The staff was pleasant, they provided excellent service.

The building is very lovely and big. Location is quiet, within easy walking distance of Forth Bridge. The beach is tidy and the views are absolutely superb. All in all it's spotlessly clean place, they have great beds.

I liked that the lobby was lovely. Lovely romantic unit. Generally everything was pleasant, however the bathroom was extremely small. The staff there were polite and very careful. The location was central.

Our favorite hotel in North Queensferry, staff was LOYAL. Appreciated the place, amazing stay. Comforts of junior suite were fabulous - a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private safe and a living area. There is restaurant shore grill fish house at the premises.
